TE Inc. is pleased to announce that Mobile Web America, Inc. has merged with and into Team Extension North America, Inc., with Team Extension North America, Inc. as the ongoing company. This merger streamlines operations for Team Extension, Inc. globally, putting our North American Sales and Account Management operations under the same corporate umbrella as our Eastern European Software Development organization.
Operationally there will be no disruption or change in services delivered to clients, and account and development team will remain exactly the same. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and value to our clients. Over the longer term this merger will enable Team Expansion to increase our service offering while keeping costs and pricing extremely competitive in order to better serve our customers.
As part of the merger Team Extension North America Inc. has assumed all of the contracts and obligations of Mobile Web America, which of course it will honor in every respect.
